The kitten described above shall not be used for breeding purposes. This is a condition of purchase at the Pet price stated above.   2. The kitten shall not be sold, leased or given to an pet shop or research establishment.    3. The kitten should not be sold, given or donated to any person without Breeder’s prior knowledge and consent.    4. In the event of the Purchaser(s) being unable to maintain the kitten, the Vendor shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the kitten at any age.   5. The kitten has been purchased as a Pet and must be spayed /neutered before it reaches full maturity.    6. The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the kitten:   - Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed   suitable diet for its age and condition.   - Will receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon.   - Will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.   - Will not be declawed.   The Purchaser(s) further understands that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the kitten is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said kitten to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.     Signed by the above mentioned Vendor......................................................   Signed by the above mentioned Purchaser(s)...............................................   Date:
